Well, Reno was it for us!&nbsp; I get asked all the time why Reno?&nbsp; Well, the answer to that is... because.&nbsp; We needed to get out of Utah!&nbsp; Utah is a beautiful state, however, it was not for us.&nbsp; We needed a change and we ended up here.<br /><br />I can not tell you enough how much I love Reno!&nbsp; The diversity here, the people, the scenery, the freedom... it is exhilarating!!<br /><br />Yes, it has been rough starting the business all over again.&nbsp; I did have a lot of contacts here prior to moving here.&nbsp; However, we did have to start all over.&nbsp; I won't lie, it has been hard.&nbsp; Some months we have not been able to even pay our bills.&nbsp; But, after a year we are doing really well.&nbsp; Both photography businesses are taking off like rockets right now!!&nbsp; It's amazing!&nbsp; We just started advertising in January and I received a phone call from a writer from the Reno Gazette and her first words to me were "I have heard your name all over town and I had to call..."&nbsp; AMAZING!!<br /><br />So many new opportunities are opening up for us and things are about ready to launch.&nbsp; We are working with Fox 11 to produce a commercial and we have radio ads on Z93.7 and Alice 96.5.&nbsp; Everyone in Reno know who Bill and Connie in the morning are... they are the morning show on 96.5... well, we took pictures of her little girl, Story.&nbsp; It was so much fun and she has given us an outstanding testimonial that in playing on 96.5.&nbsp; She has posted pictures on the Alice Blog and on Facebook.&nbsp; The exposure from Connie is priceless.<br /><br />I guess what I want to say is yes, we are new to Reno, but we are staking our claim in the photography world here!!&nbsp; And, we couldn't be happier!<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6791181339628557586-3710955223087241149?l=intimatephotographybykristi.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Kristi Bowmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02785987359226013750noreply@blogger.com0
